First, the area where the unit is going to be placed is cleared.
Then, piers are placed on ground where the core of the unit is about to be set.
Once those piers have been leveled, a forklift is used to place the Q2-480 and a
crane is used to place the Q2-960 on top of those piers.
Once the unit has been placed on the piers and leveled, the sides of the container
are lowered on to additional piers and the floor of the unit has been set up.
The floor of the unit is formed by the original floor of the container and the side
walls of the container that hinge down. They form a 480 square foot perimeter in the
20 foot container and 960 square foot perimeter in the 40 foot container.
Next, one side at a time, the channels, wall panels, and roof panels are un-stacked
from within the container in sequence, set into their designated place, and screwed
together to form a well-insulated and very durable unit that can be used over and over
again. Once the unit has served its purpose, it is disassembled in the exact reverse order
that it was set up and transported to its storage place or new destination. All panels
that form the structure are fully replaceable, and all gaskets and screws can be individually
reordered.
