sells QuickQuarters to federal,
state, and municipal governments. GSS maintains General Services
Administration ("GSA") and Veterans Affairs ("VA") federal supply
schedules, Defense Department Distribution and Pricing Agreements
("DAPAs"), and Blanket Purchase Agreements ("BPAs"). GSS was founded in
1991 and is a Virginia corporation. With 2003 sales of $58 million and
thirty-eight (38) sales and administrative employees at its office and
warehouse facilities in Vienna, Virginia, GSS is the largest and leading
dedicated distributor of scientific equipment and supplies for
government procurement agents and laboratory end-users.
