The Q2-320, Q2-480, and Q2-960 are constructed with the highest quality components. All Q2 units begin as enclosed container frames, with the wall and roof panels stored inside the enclosed container. Each unit includes the gaskets, nuts and bolts, screws, and tools necessary for assembly. The interior of each Q2 can be customized to individual or volume specifications, and upgrades and options are available.

The Q2-320 creates a footprint of approximately 320 sq ft, with 300 sq ft of interior space plus an additional 160 sq ft of loft space above the container top, below the roof. That loft can be used for storage or as a sleeping loft. The Q2-480 creates a footprint of approximately 480 sq ft, with 435 sq ft of interior space. The Q2-960 creates a footprint of approximately 960 sq ft with 900 sq ft of interior space.
